Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Nollora mobile application and related services (the “Service”) operated by the Nollora team (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must provide accurate registration information.
- You may not use the Service if you have been previously banned.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
2. The Service
Nollora is a dating application that allows users to create profiles, express interest in others, match by mutual consent, and communicate.
- Likes and matches require mutual consent. We do not create fake likes or matches.
- An optional auto-match feature may suggest a connection after a period without new matches. It only proceeds with both users’ agreement.
- We do not facilitate paid sexual services or escort arrangements.
3. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
- Post false, misleading, or impersonating information.
- Share others’ personal information without consent.
- Use the Service for commercial solicitation or spam.
- Upload illegal content or content that exploits minors.
- Attempt to circumvent blocks, bans, or safety features.
- Use automated tools to scrape or interact with the Service.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.
4. Matching, Unmatch, and Block
- A match is created only when both users agree.
- Unmatching ends the match. The other person may reappear in Likes for a limited time (currently 12 hours) with a clear notice. After that, the entry is removed if no new conversation starts.
- Blocking prevents contact. Unblocking starts a 168-hour cooldown before the person can be recommended again.
- We do not guarantee any particular number of matches or responses.
5. Your Content
You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and process that content solely to operate the Service.
You are responsible for the content you post. Do not upload content you do not have rights to use.
6. Account Deletion
You may delete your account in Settings. Deletion removes your profile from active use. Some data may be retained for a limited period for safety, legal, or operational reasons, as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Paid Features
The current version is free. Future paid features, if introduced, will be clearly described before purchase and processed through the applicable app store (Google Play or Apple App Store). Store terms also apply to those purchases.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not responsible for the conduct of other users.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified in the app (for example, via system message). Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of the Service, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Store-specific rules (Google Play or Apple App Store) also apply to distribution and in-app purchases.
