This Privacy Policy explains how Nollora (“we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Nollora app.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide
- Account data: email, password (hashed), date of birth.
- Profile data: name, photos, bio, relationship goals, interests, selected country/region.
- Communications: messages you send in the app.
- Reports and safety actions: content you report, blocks, unmatches.
Information collected automatically
- Device and app data: device type, operating system, app version, language.
- Usage data: features used, timestamps of key actions (for example, likes, matches).
- Approximate location only if you grant permission; we primarily use the country/region you select in Settings.
We do not sell your personal information.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Create and operate your account.
- Show profiles and enable mutual matching.
- Deliver messages and system notifications.
- Enforce safety rules, investigate reports, and prevent abuse.
- Improve the Service and fix technical issues.
- Comply with legal obligations.
3. How We Share Information
We share information only as needed to:
- Operate the Service (for example, hosting and infrastructure providers).
- Respond to legal requests or protect rights and safety.
- Process payments if paid features are introduced (via Google Play or Apple).
We do not share your messages or profile with advertisers.
4. Data Retention
- Active account data is kept while your account exists.
- If you delete your account, we remove your profile from active use. Limited data may be retained for a short period for safety investigations, legal compliance, or backup recovery, then deleted or anonymized.
- We do not claim a fixed retention period beyond what is required for the above purposes.
5. Your Choices
- You can edit or delete profile information in the app.
- You can delete your account in Settings.
- You can control certain notifications and system introduction preferences.
- Critical notices (such as required app updates) may still be delivered even if optional introductions are turned off.
6. Security
We use reasonable technical measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
7. Children
The Service is only for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn we have, we will delete it.
8. International Users
The Service is operated for a global audience. By using it, you understand your information may be processed in countries where we or our providers operate.
9. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes will be notified in the app. Continued use means you accept the updated policy.
